Chase

Here the player controls an action hero that has to escape down narrow corridors from toxic gas while shooting forward and throwing grenades backwards. This allows for a blend of chase sequences found in Crash Bandicoot and FPS gameplay. Due to this different fusion of mechanics the player is constantly puched forward and rotation has been locked to 60° left and right. This has been done to help players concentrate on the immediate gameplay rather than how they’re moving in the world.
