Caravan to the End
Caravan to the End was my thrid year project that I worked on as Producer and Designer in a team of six. We were given a brief from Orthrus Studios that asked we blend together caravaning games like FTL, Pyre, and Oregon Trail with a Monty Python sense of humour alongside the USP of relationship management.
The game sees players: travelling through the underworld; managing resources; recruiting and managing characters; and resolving turn-based combat encounters. In order to give the relationship mechanic more weight the characters can be more or less effective based on their relationship with the player.
